A creamy high protein chocolate chia pudding made with plant-based ingredients, perfect for a healthy dessert or breakfast.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 scoop plant-based protein powder
1 cup plant-based milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Whisk plant milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt.
2. Add chia seeds and stir well.
3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
5. Stir and add toppings before serving.

Store in fridge up to 5 days.
