High protein breakfast burritos made with eggs, lean meat, and beans, perfect for meal prep and busy mornings.
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1 cup egg whites
1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 cup black beans
1 cup shredded cheese
6 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 small onion
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
1. Cook onions and peppers in olive oil.
2. Add ground meat and cook thoroughly.
3. Scramble eggs and egg whites.
4. Mix eggs, meat, and beans together.
5. Fill tortillas and add cheese.
6. Roll burritos tightly.
7. Store or serve immediately.
Notes
Wrap burritos individually for meal prep.
Freeze for longer storage.
Reheat in microwave before serving.
