Description
A moist and healthy high protein banana bread made with ripe bananas and protein powder. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or meal prep.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup yogurt or banana
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional add-ins
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare loaf pan.
2. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour batter into pan.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
5. Turn off oven and leave inside for 5 minutes.
6. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
Store leftovers in fridge.
Texture improves next day.
