Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into even cubes.
2. Mix ranch, olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, lemon juice, pepper, and parmesan.
3. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat grill to 400°F.
5. Thread chicken onto skewers.
6. Grill 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
7. Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F.
8. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
