A juicy grilled chicken breast recipe with garlic, paprika, and herbs, perfectly charred and ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup kosher salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cups water
Instructions
1. Combine water and kosher salt to create a brine.
2. Add chicken breasts and soak for 30 minutes.
3. Remove chicken and pat dry.
4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and salt.
5. Coat chicken with olive oil and rub seasoning over the chicken.
6. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
7. Cook chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side.
8. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
9. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
