Description
Greek Chicken Flatbread with lemon oregano chicken, tzatziki, fresh vegetables, feta, and olives for an easy Mediterranean dinner.
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 flatbreads or naan
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup kalamata olives
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add chicken and mix well.
2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 6–8 minutes until cooked.
3. Warm the flatbread lightly in a skillet or oven.
4. Spread tzatziki sauce over each flatbread.
5. Add cooked chicken evenly across the flatbread.
6. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
7. Sprinkle feta cheese and olives on top.
8. Finish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
Use grilled chicken for extra flavor.
Flatbread can be replaced with pita bread.
Add extra vegetables like spinach or bell peppers if desired.
