Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Potatoes is a one-pan crockpot dinner made with tender chicken, baby potatoes, garlic butter, and parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp olive oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chicken broth


Instructions

1. Grease slow cooker and add seasoned potatoes.

2. Place chicken on top of potatoes.

3. Mix butter, garlic, parmesan, and broth, then pour over chicken.

4. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

5. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.

Notes

Use evenly sized potatoes for consistent cooking.

Avoid overcooking to keep chicken tender.
