Description

Soft, buttery garlic bread rolls with a golden crust and fluffy interior. Perfect with soups or casseroles.


Ingredients

Scale

3 cups bread flour

2¼ tsp active dry yeast

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 cup warm water

3 tbsp melted butter

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp parsley (chopped)


Instructions

1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.

2. Mix flour, salt, butter, and yeast mixture.

3. Knead until smooth and elastic.

4. Let rise until doubled.

5. Shape into rolls and proof again.

6. Brush with garlic butter.

7. Bake at 190°C for 15–18 minutes.

8. Brush again and serve warm.

Notes

For softer rolls, brush butter before and after baking. Add Parmesan for a richer flavor.
