Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are an easy no-bake snack made with yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit for kids and school lunches.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup granola
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup strawberries, diced
1/2 cup blueberries
Mini muffin liners
Instructions
1. Line a mini muffin pan with liners.
2. Add granola and press gently.
3. Mix yogurt with honey.
4. Fill cups with yogurt.
5. Top with fruit.
6. Freeze for 2 hours.
Notes
Let thaw slightly before serving.
Store frozen up to 2 weeks.
