Fluffy and healthy Greek yogurt bagels made with simple ingredients, low calorie and perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg (optional)
Toppings as desired
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add Greek yogurt and form dough.
4. Divide and shape into bagels.
5. Bake 22–25 minutes until golden.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture.
Toast leftovers before serving.
