Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small sweet onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Sliced green onions
Toasted sesame seeds
Sriracha mayo (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in skillet and brown ground turkey.
2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.
3. Stir in cabbage and carrots; cook until slightly tender.
4. Add broth, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Simmer 3-4 minutes and garnish before serving.
Notes
For keto version, skip rice.
