Ingredients
4 large eggs
Pinch of salt
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp grated cheese (optional)
1 tsp chopped herbs (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Separate whites and yolks.
3. Whip whites until stiff peaks form.
4. Season and shape into mounds on parchment paper.
5. Bake 3 minutes, add yolks, bake another 3–4 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, fold in herbs or cheese before baking.
Serve over toast or avocado for a balanced meal.
