Ingredients
2 ribeye or New York strip steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
1 cup parsley
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp oregano
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring steak to room temperature.
2. Prepare chimichurri sauce and let rest.
3. Season steak with salt and pepper.
4. Heat pan and add oil.
5. Sear steak 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Rest steak 5-10 minutes.
7. Slice and serve with chimichurri.
