Creamy and cheesy Delmonico Potatoes Recipe made with shredded potatoes, sharp cheddar, and warm spices. Perfect holiday side dish.


Ingredients

20 oz Simply Potatoes (shredded)

3/4 cup milk

3/4 cup whipping cream

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

Dash pepper

Dash nutmeg

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

3 tablespoons butter (6 slices)

Paprika for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.

2. Whisk milk, cream, salt, mustard, pepper, and nutmeg.

3. Fold in shredded potatoes.

4. Mix in cheddar cheese.

5. Transfer to baking dish.

6. Top with butter slices and paprika.

7. Bake 45-55 minutes until golden.

8. Rest before serving.

Notes

Can substitute canned potatoes.

Add bacon for brunch variation.
