A crunchy detox salad packed with broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, almonds, sunflower seeds, and a bright lemon ginger dressing for gut health and clean eating.


Ingredients

2 cups broccoli

2 cups cauliflower

1 cup carrots

2 celery stalks

1 tbsp fresh ginger

1 1/2 cups fresh parsley

1/3 cup organic raisins

1 cup red cabbage

2 tbsp clover honey

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 tsp sea salt

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds


Instructions

1. Chop broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, cabbage, and parsley finely.

2. Grate fresh ginger.

3. Whisk lemon juice, honey, olive oil, ginger, and salt.

4. Combine vegetables, raisins, almonds, and sunflower seeds.

5. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.

6. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Toast nuts and seeds for deeper flavor.

Substitute honey with maple syrup for vegan version.

Store up to 4 days refrigerated.
