Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken breasts

1 cup sliced carrots

2 cups diced potatoes

1 cup frozen peas

1 diced onion

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp parsley


Instructions

1. Place chicken into crockpot and top with vegetables and seasonings.

2. Pour broth over ingredients and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

3. Remove chicken, shred, and return to crockpot.

4. Stir in peas, cream, and butter.
