Description
Crispy air fryer chicken kabobs made with marinated chicken bites cooked quickly for a healthy, easy dinner.
Ingredients
1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
3. Toss chicken with marinade and rest 20 minutes.
4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
5. Air fry at 380°F for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.
6. Rest briefly before serving.
Notes
Serve with flatbread or grilled corn salad.
Store leftovers up to 3 days refrigerated.
