A rich and creamy Tuscan garlic chicken with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and a flavorful Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil and butter until golden.
2. Remove chicken and sauté garlic.
3. Add broth, cream, Parmesan, and seasonings; simmer until thickened.
4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
5. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce; simmer briefly before serving.
Notes
Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
