A creamy ranch chicken crock pot recipe made with tender chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and simple pantry staples—a perfect easy dinner for a family of four.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese
1 packet dry ranch seasoning
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar
Optional: 1/2 cup bacon bits
Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in crock pot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add ranch seasoning and cubed cream cheese on top.
3. Pour in chicken broth.
4. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
5. Shred chicken and mix until creamy.
6. Stir in cheddar and bacon if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Add frozen veggies in last 30 minutes for a complete meal.
