Description
Creamy mushroom chicken thighs cooked in a garlic parmesan sauce. Easy, comforting, and perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
6 boneless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet and sear chicken until golden; remove and set aside.
3. Melt butter, sauté mushrooms until browned.
4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Pour in chicken broth and simmer.
6. Stir in cream and parmesan until thickened.
7. Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
Notes
Serve with cauliflower rice for keto option.
Store leftovers up to 4 days in refrigerator.
