Ingredients
3 russet potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Boil and mash potatoes until smooth.
2. Mix potatoes with cheese, seasonings, flour, and egg.
3. Form bite-sized balls.
4. Coat lightly with breadcrumbs.
5. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until golden.
Notes
Air frying works well for this recipe.
Serve with ketchup or sour cream.
