Description
Soft and buttery cheesy garlic rolls filled with roasted garlic, mozzarella, and parmesan, baked until golden and delicious.
Ingredients
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup bread flour
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
4 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp butter
3 garlic heads
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 cup parmesan
2 cups mozzarella
Instructions
1. Activate yeast with warm milk and sugar.
2. Mix dough ingredients and knead.
3. Let dough rise until doubled.
4. Prepare garlic butter.
5. Shape rolls with cheese filling.
6. Let rise again.
7. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
8. Brush with garlic butter and serve.
Notes
Use roasted garlic for best flavor.
Serve warm for best results.
