Description
Quick cheesy garlic chicken wraps with creamy cheese sauce, spinach, and tender chicken inside low carb tortillas.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 handful baby spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
4 large low carb tortillas
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook garlic until fragrant.
2. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
3. Mix in cooked chicken and season with salt and pepper.
4. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
5. Stir in spinach and parsley.
6. Warm tortillas in a skillet.
7. Divide chicken mixture between tortillas.
8. Fold and roll each wrap tightly.
9. Toast wraps in a skillet until lightly golden.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken works well for quick preparation.
Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
