Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Cut cauliflower into florets.
3. Mix flour and spices, whisk in buttermilk.
4. Dip florets into batter.
5. Bake 25 minutes.
6. Melt butter and mix with buffalo sauce.
7. Coat cauliflower and bake 10 more minutes.
