Better Than Starbucks Egg Bites made with bacon, hash browns, eggs, and cheese. Easy, fluffy, and perfect for meal prep breakfasts.
Ingredients
8 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup thawed hash browns
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
3. Stir in cheese, bacon, and hash browns.
4. Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups.
5. Bake for 22–25 minutes until set.
6. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use thawed and dried hash browns for best texture.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
