Description
A baked berry croissant French toast casserole made for easy brunch and large groups.
Ingredients
6 croissants, torn
6 eggs
1½ cups milk
½ cup heavy cream
⅓ cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
2½ cups mixed berries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and butter baking dish.
2. Arrange croissants evenly.
3. Scatter berries on top.
4. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Pour custard over croissants.
6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden.
Notes
Best served warm.
Can be assembled the night before.
