Description
A creamy banana date protein shake made with natural sweetness, perfect for a healthy breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup milk or almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4–5 ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add banana, dates, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, and vanilla to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add ice cubes and blend again.
4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen banana for a thicker texture.
Soak dates in warm water if they are firm.
