Spicy chili garlic deviled eggs with creamy yolk filling, bold Asian flavors, and crispy onion topping perfect for parties.
Ingredients
12 large eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
Smoked paprika for garnish
Crispy fried onions for topping
Instructions
1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to ice bath.
2. Peel eggs and cut lengthwise. Remove yolks to a bowl.
3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until smooth.
4. Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites.
5. Garnish with smoked paprika and crispy fried onions. Serve chilled.
Notes
Adjust chili garlic sauce to control spice level.
Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
