Amazing crunchy chickpeas baked in the oven with simple spices for a healthy vegan snack.
Ingredients
2 (15 oz) cans low-sodium chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
1. Drain, rinse, and dry chickpeas completely.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
3. Toss chickpeas with oil and spices.
4. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, shaking halfway.
6. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Let chickpeas cool fully to reach maximum crunch.
Store in an airtight container for best texture.
