Description
Crispy Air Fryer Deviled Eggs with a creamy tangy filling and golden breadcrumb coating. A fun twist on classic deviled eggs perfect for parties.
Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon chopped pickles or relish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup flour
2 raw eggs beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter crackers crushed
Oil spray or melted butter
Optional dill garnish
Instructions
1. Remove yolks and mix with mayo, mustard, pickles, salt and pepper.
2. Fill egg whites and chill 15 minutes.
3. Coat in flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
4. Spray lightly with oil.
5. Air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes until golden.
6. Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
Chill eggs before breading to help them hold shape.
Serve immediately for best crisp texture.
